Welcome to Followers of the Way, a men’s discipleship ministry focused on spiritual formation, healing, and fellowship. We believe in “Doing Life Together in Christ,”. Join us in pursuing spiritual growth and building godly relationships, as we walk together in our journey to become more like Christ.
Biblical Foundations of Our Ministry
Our ministry is based on the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19) to make disciples and Christ’s command to love one another (John 13:34-35). We follow the example of the early church, embracing fellowship, prayer, and service (Acts 2:42-45), while showing mercy to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18). Through humble service and using our God-given gifts, we aim to live out love in action, growing in faith and devotion to God and each other.

“My Story”
After experiencing a painful separation, Cesar Aguilera found healing and a renewed purpose in Christ. Moving from brokenness to faith, he began leading men’s groups dedicated to discipleship and spiritual growth. In 2021, he founded Followers of the Way in Dallas, TX, creating a ministry inspired by the early church to support men in their journey toward faith and healing. Today, Cesar’s mission is to fulfill the Great Commission, inviting men to join a community of transformation, faith, and fellowship.
